I am a qualified massage therapist with experience in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and focused treatment of muscular tension and tight areas.

I work with a strong understanding of the body and adapt each treatment to the individual client’s needs, combining different techniques depending on where tension, restriction or discomfort is present.

My approach is professional, thorough and client-focused. I pay close attention to how the body responds during treatment and adjust pressure and technique accordingly, with the aim of reducing muscular tension, improving mobility and creating a more balanced feeling in the body.
